You are well organised, take pride in your work and presentation.

THE ROLE:

You will play a vital role in our Sales & Customer Success Department. You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with prospects who have registered within our marketing funnels
  • Building relationships with prospective clients
  • Tracking and recording all relevant data into our CRM
  • Signing up new clients and onboarding them into the Buyers Agency
  • Managing a schedule of discovery calls and subsequent follow up appointments
  • Handing clients over to the Buyers Agent once they are onboarded.
    Continuously building a relationships with clients throughout their journey

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT?

  • Excellent conversational skills
  • Creative thinker and forward planner
  • Ethical approach to sales
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • A go-getter, who thrives on getting results and high achievement
  • Demonstrate highly developed networking and influencing skills
  • Be flexible and resilient
  • Have a current driver’s licence and your own reliable car
  • Be fully computer literate, and having a knowledge of Apple Mac will be an advantage but not essential
  • Willingness to “go the extra mile”, and not be a “clock watcher”
  • History in Real Estate Industry and/or House and Land Packages Sales
  • Have direct knowledge or experience in Property Investing
  • Be passionate about working in a place which makes a difference to people’s lives
