Echo Property Group was established by Property Professionals, Joel Keefer and Bianca Brown.
The dynamic couple have been investing in property since 2012 and moved into Property Development in 2017. Having executed a number of subdivisions, duplex and townhouse developments, they are not only experienced property developers but also extremely passionate about property and helping others create financial freedom.
Offering a specialised Buyers Agency and Development Consulting service, they assist their clients to build generational wealth through purchasing high yielding investment properties and executing small scale developments.
Echo Property Group takes an active approach to investing that maximises their clients return on investment by implementing strategies that increase the overall rental income and uplifts the property’s value.

Bianca’s extensive experience in the Property Industry has resulted in just shy of a hundred clients successfully building their portfolio across multiple states in Australia. Her unique skill set allows her to really understand each client’s individual needs and reason for investing, and then assists them to create an actionable plan to help them achieve their goals. Always working to the clients end goal, she takes extreme pride in ensuring her clients are informed, excited and happy with their entire Echo Property experience.
Bianca is passionate about helping others achieve success!
Born and bred on the Sunshine Coast, she is all about the active coastal lifestyle and when she isn’t working on Echo Property, you can usually find her outdoors running, drinking coffee, climbing mountains or doing yoga.
Joel Keefer

Joel is Echo Property’s Principal Buyers Agent who offers a unique service to his clients. Combining over 10 years of industry experience with his own personal passion for property, his reputation is built on achieving exceptional results for his clients, time and time again.
As an experienced Buyers Agent, Property Investor and Property Developer, his unique skill set offers his clients superior knowledge and support which is unparalleled to others in this field.
Joel has lived on the Sunshine Coast for the past 20 years after being drawn to the warm weather and incredible lifestyle it offers.
When he isn’t looking for property you can find him in the surf!
